Joseph “Jack” E. Kaminski
Joseph “Jack” E. Kaminski, Jr., 81, of Mauston died on Sunday, March 5, 2017 at Mile Bluff Medical Center in Mauston.
He was born on August 9, 1935 in Mauston to Joseph A. and Catherine (Styczen) Kaminski. Jack lived and worked the family farm until his health forced him into a nursing home. Along with farming he and his dad logged and ran sawmill. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and would do anything for anyone. Jack also loved his family.
Jack is survived by his 3 children Joseph Michael (Denise) Kaminski of Mauston, Gregory Alan Kaminski of Necedah and Kathryn Ann Nugent of Necedah. Six Grandchildren; 5 brothers and sisters Helen Blazewicz of Milwaukee, WI, Genevieve (Leo) Hamm of Mauston, Delores (LeRoy) Zulawski of Mauston, Bernadine S. (Dennis) Pokorney of Mauston, and Patricia Ann (Keith) Hemenway of Chicago, IL; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents a daughter Sandra and a sister Bernice Borkowski.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at the Lady of The Lake Catholic Church. The Rev. D. Joseph Redfern will officiate. Fellowship and a light luncheon will be held following the services at the church, before the burial in St. Patrick’s Catholic Cemetery in Mauston. Friends may call at the Church on Saturday from 9:30 am until the time of the services.
