Jonathan J. Weiler
Jonathan J. Weiler, 44, of Fort Atkinson, passed away Tuesday, January 9, 2018.
Jon was born on November 14, 1973 in Milwaukee to Dale and Peggy (Johnson) Weiler. He married Pam Lohman in Fort Atkinson on August 23, 1997.
Jon is survived by his wife Pam; daughter, Anna; mother, Peggy (A.J.) Christopherson; step-mother, Margie Weiler; sister, Beth (Matt) Stachura; step-sisters, Diane (Doug) Gard, Susie (Matt) Johnson, and Amy Rector; Pam’s parents Thomas (Sheila) Lohman; sister-in-law, Kimberly (Brandon) Lohman; brothers-in-law, Keith (Kandi) Lohman and Todd (Hope) Lohman; paternal grandparents, Gerald and Connie Weiler and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and other beloved family. Jon is also survived by his childhood friends, Leonel Marchan and Tim (Keri) Dabrowski, who were always there for Jon, through good times and bad.
He was preceded in death by his father, Dale Weiler; maternal grandparents, Don and Joan Johnson and special cousin, Raymond Malek.
For everyone that knew Jon, he gave the greatest hugs that would reach your soul. His hugs have been felt far and wide.
Jon had a great love for the 4-H Stable Stompers and his Farm family as he was the ‘official’ hitching post and father/big brother figure to many. He had a passion for biking and was a member of the 2 Rivers Bicycle Club. He would ride many miles with his cycling family. He also had a deep appreciation for animals, art and music.
A celebration of Jon’s life will be held on Friday, January 19, 2018 from 4 to 8 p.m at the Jefferson County Fair Park in the Activity Center located at 503 N. Jackson Ave. Jefferson, WI 53549.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial for Jon and Pam’s daughter, Anna.
