Joan M. Walloch
Joan M. Walloch, age 85, passed away on November 2, 2017. Joan was born on January 23, 1932 in Wisconsin Rapids to John and Elsie (Ramthun)Walloch. She was married to Kenneth LeMay and later to Walter Koller. Joan loved her jobs at different bakeries and the airport gift shop, helping people and making them laugh. She was a wonderful cook and baker, especially apple pies. Joan loved family, animals and her flower garden. Her yard was even awarded Most Beautiful in the neighborhood. She enjoyed going to the movies, puzzles and her TV shows.
Joan is survived by her daughters, Debbie Imhoff, Lori (Dan) Schey and Mary Koller; 5 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; 11.5 great great-grandchildren; brother, Donald “Tubbs” of Wisconsin Rapids. She is further survived by many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death her siblings, Marge, Dorothy, Robert and Diane “Corky”; son, David; and son-in-law John.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11am on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 2418 North Sherman Avenue, Madison, Pastor Isaac Gilmore presiding. A visitation will be held from 9am until time of service on Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial at Highland Memory Gardens.
A special thank you to the wonderful caregivers at Oak Ridge Assisted Living for their loving care of mom and us. They are our angels on Earth. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Agrace Hospice.
