Jean Stoltz Salt

Madison – Jean Stoltz Salt passed away at her home on Friday, October 19, 2012 in her sleep; peacefully as she wished. Jean was born on April 23, 1925 in Madison Wisconsin; her parents were Benjamin and Priscilla Stoltz. Jean attended West high school and graduated in 1943.

Jean was preceded in death by her father, Benjamin Stoltz, her mother, Priscilla Siewert, her daughter Susan Salt-Borquist, her son James, and her two wonderful grandmothers; Mrs. Minnie Gannon and Mrs. Jennie L. Bambrough; who Jean often said were just like “mothers” to her.
