MISSING: Vernon County authorities looking for teen

VIROQUA, Wis. (WKBT) — The Vernon County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a missing teenage girl named Megan Salek.

Police say 16-year-old Salek ran away from home in rural Westby last Friday and hasn’t been seen since.

Salek is 5’6″, 130 pounds and has brown eyes and purple hair.

Police say she is “believed to be under the influence of drugs and with unknown people.”

Salek has a history of mental illness and is believed to be in danger. She was last seen Friday in La Crosse.
