La Crosse Co. judge denies Kendhammer motion for a new homicide trial
LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT)- The West Salem man serving a life sentence for killing his wife will not get a new trial.
A La Crosse County judge denied the motion filed by the attorneys representing Todd Kendhammer.
Back in 2017, a jury found Kendhammer guilty of killing his wife barbara. Kendhammer maintains his innocence. He says Barb was killed when a pipe from another vehicle crashed through their car’s windshield.
Kendhammer’s defense team can appeal the La Crosse judge’s decision to the court of appeals.
