Hy-Vee recalls several premade Mealtime Asian Entrees for undeclared allergen
MADISON, Wis. — Hy-Vee Inc. has issued a voluntary recall of several of its Mealtime Asian Entrees due to undeclared allergen concerns.
The liquid egg used to make the fried rice contains milk, which is not declared on the product label, according to a release from Hy-Vee.
The meals are sold in 16-ounce or 20-ounce plastic containers and the best if used by dates are Sept. 14, 2019 and Sept. 15, 2019.
Below is a list of the products that are being recalled. The UPC and Lot Code can be found on the label on the bottom of the plastic container.

The meals were distributed to Hy-Vee stores in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska and South Dakota, according to the release.
The company has removed the product from store shelves. There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products, according to Hy-Vee.
Customers who purchased these meals should dispose of them or return them to their local Hy-Vee store for a full refund.
