House on southeast side riddled with BB pellets

Restaurant employees robbed at gunpoint, police say

A home on Madison’s southeast side was hit with a series of BB pellets early Tuesday morning, and police are investigating why this house was targeted.

The incident happened in the ten block of Kanazawa Circle around 3:15 a.m. Tuesday.

According to police, a woman inside woke up when she heard the sound of things hitting the front of the house. When she looked outside, police said she saw a white car driving by with a hand extending out the window holding a BB pistol.

Police said there was damage to the home, but no one was injured. Police said multiple BBs were found in the lawn in front of the house.
