Handgun fired during domestic disturbance
Man said discharge was accidental
MADISON, Wis. — A Madison man fired a handgun during a domestic disturbance in the 400 block of East Bluff Street Thursday night, according to police.
Madison police said Letaurius T. Robinson, 33, was arrested on suspicion of second-degree recklessly endangering safety, battery, and criminal damage to property.
Robinson told police the discharge was accidental and he was not pointing the gun at anyone when it happened.
Police said Robinson was in a dispute with a 35-year-old woman when the incident occurred at 7:20 p.m.
