MADISON-Freddie Waggoner, age 90, passed away on Wednesday, September 12, 2012. He was born on December 26, 1921, in Richland Center, the son of the late Fred and Clara (Downs) Waggoner. Freddie was the devoted husband of the late Gladys (Kittleson) Waggoner. He was a WWII veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of the Elks Lodge for 44 years. Freddie was a 30+ year employee of Chicago & Northwestern Railroad.
He is survived by his son, Ken (Sue) Waggoner, of Hot Springs Village, Ark.; a granddaughter, Chris (David) McGahay, of LaGrange, Ill.; a grandson, Jeff (Deb) Waggoner, of Pulaski; and great-grandchildren, Ethan, Adam and Samuel McGahay, and Molly, Corey and Kelsey Waggoner.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 1:30 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, September 15, 2012, at JOYCE-RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 5701 Odana Road.
