While only a few years old, the rivalry has already produced some intriguing storylines. The Badgers scored a late goal last year to grab a 1-1 draw. Multiple FMFC members were once Badgers, including defender Carl Schneider and assistant coach Jim Launder.
Launder was head coach at UW in 1995 when the team won its first national championship.
