Forward Madison to offer shuttle bus for Battle for Madison
MADISON, Wis. — The Battle for Madison returns to Breese Stevens Field on Saturday, and Forward Madison is making it easy for fans to get to the game.
The team is offering a free shuttle bus that will take fans from Nitty Gritty’s downtown location to the stadium.
If you’re downtown before tonight’s match, we’ve got a fun way to get you to Breese!
Hop on the Nitty Gritty Shuttle at either 6:15pm or 6:40pm outside of the downtown Nitty Gritty location and be bussed right to Breese. The shuttle will also take you back after the match. pic.twitter.com/v8WeM8mQpq

The Flamingos take on the Badger men’s soccer team in the fourth annual Battle for Madison. Kickoff is at 7 p.m.
While only a few years old, the rivalry has already produced some intriguing storylines. The Badgers scored a late goal last year to grab a 1-1 draw. Multiple FMFC members were once Badgers, including defender Carl Schneider and assistant coach Jim Launder.
Launder was head coach at UW in 1995 when the team won its first national championship.
