Former AG Van Hollen lands job at government relations firm
MADISON, Wis. — Former Wisconsin Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen has joined a Madison-based government relations and business consulting firm.
Michael Best Strategies announced Friday that Van Hollen has joined the firm. He will work on criminal justice and law enforcement issues.
Van Hollen, a Republican, served as attorney general from 2007 to 2015. He also has worked as the chief federal prosecutor for the Western District of Wisconsin.
Michael Best Strategies is a division of the Michael Best and Friedrich law firm. Former state Senate Chief Clerk Rob Marchant serves as the organization’s president.
