Fiserv Forum to return to full capacity for remainder of NBA Playoffs starting June 1
MILWAUKEE — The Milwaukee Bucks are returning to full capacity at the Fiserv Forum for the remainder of the NBA Playoffs, starting June 1.
The Bucks are 2-0 against the Miami Heat in their current playoff run. They dominated the Heat in Game 2, winning 132-98.
“We are excited to have our homecourt advantage return in an even bigger way and we thank Bucks fans for their continued support,” said Bucks and Fiserv Forum President Peter Feigin. “This is another positive step in our return to normal.”
During the playoffs, the stadium’s full capacity is considered to be 16,5000 people due to a courtside configuration set up for the playoffs. The stadium’s capacity was previously capped at 9,100 fans.
The expanded capacity means seating will no longer be separated into pods or staggered in the arena bowl.
Fans will still be required to wear face masks inside the stadium except when eating or drinking. Doors will open 60 minutes before tip off.
Tickets for any potential First Round games at Fiserv Forum go on sale to the public Thursday at 10 a.m. on the Bucks’ website or mobile app.
