Madison leprechaun visits kids at St. Mary's Hospital for St. Patrick's Day

The mission is personal to Herr, who has been making the visits for years: his son Logan was cared for at St. Mary's before dying 21 years ago.

"Logan's life was a true gift and blessing so I can relate, understand and serve these families, and his experiences taught me to be able to have both myself and others touch these families in a way that's needed," Herr said.

Herr not only works to spread joy to kids in the hospital but also started a non-profit organization called Logan's Hearts and Smiles to serve families of children with disabilities.
