Experimental aircraft crashes in NE Wisconsin
Pilot taken to hospital
TOWN OF BOVINA, Wis. — The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating the crash of an experimental aircraft in the Town of Bovina in northeastern Wisconsin.
The Outagamie County Sheriff’s Department said it received the report of the crash just before 3 p.m. Saturday. It said the pilot was conscious and breathing when deputies and rescuers arrived.
He was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The name of the pilot, who was the only person on board, was not immediately released.
