Thursday, Nov. 9
Raise a glass at a Wine Class at Capitol Chophouse, where you can learn all about California Chardonnay. There, you will not only learn the nuances and the structure of several famous wines from the Napa Valley, but also of non-traditional wines from outside the region. Food pairings include Peeky toe crab salad with tarragon, salmon belly rilettes on toast, poached medallion of mushroom-stuffed chicken and more. $28.45, 5-7 p.m.,

Friday, Nov. 10
