Estrellón offers Spanish-inspired dishes
Tory Miller opens up his fourth restaurant

L’Etoile is no longer chef Tory Miller’s only shining star. On the heels of two other successes, Graze and Sujeo, now follows Estrellón, a small-plates restaurant with Spanish-inspired dishes.
Its name means “big star,” and that it is. Both the bar and dining room are commodious and clubby, dominated by an open kitchen. Tapas range from traditional tortilla Española to the unconventional fresh cheese curds with Korean chili. There is a stellar selection of dry-cured ham, charcuterie and cheeses, too. Three versions of paella and delectable desserts top off the menu. Estrellón is yet another bright reason to head downtown.
