Edgerton High School evacuation ends following gas leak
EDGERTON, Wis. — Edgerton High School was evacuated due to a gas leak Tuesday afternoon.
The Edgerton Fire Department responded to the incident.
Officials said students were sent to Edgerton Middle School.
Edgerton Fire said the gas has since been shut off.
A post from the school district’s Facebook page said students were able to return to classes at around 2 p.m. and that buses ran at their normal times.
