EatStreet launches delivery in Janesville restaurants
Launch starts with 20 restaurants
JANESVILLE, Wis. — Wisconsin-based EatStreet is expanding its delivery service to Janesville this week, a release said.
The service will start with delivery for 20 popular Janesville restaurants. For the next 30 days, EatStreet will give free delivery on all orders from restaurant partners that use EatStreet’s delivery service.
With the expansion, EatStreet is creating 50 to 80 new jobs in Janesville.
“We strive to be the homegrown Wisconsin company that brings our neighbors exceptional restaurant selection and fast, professional delivery,” said Matt Howard, CEO and co-founder of EatStreet. “We have close ties to Janesville, not only because of its proximity to our headquarters in Madison, but many of our employees have family in the area. We’re fully invested in the community.”
EatStreet aims to give back to families in need in Janesville. The company is giving $2,000 and volunteer time to ECHO, a charity organization and food pantry in the Janesville area. The donation will provide Janesville families with 5,200 pounds of food.
