MONONA, Wis. — A Madison man was arrested on drunken driving charges after reports of a reckless driver led police to the 49-year-old’s vehicle almost completely submerged in water, Monona police said.
Around 8:45 p.m. on Friday, Monona police received numerous calls of a reckless driver going north in the 4300 block of Winnequah Road, according to a release.
