A Madison man faces his fifth drunken-driving charge after police responded Thursday night to reports of his vehicle being stuck in a snowbank.

Madison police were called just before 10 p.m. to the 600 block of North Fair Oaks Avenue on reports of a car stuck in a snowbank, according to a release.

The driver, 49-year-old James M. Hazeltine, told officers he had just left a bar.

Hazeltine was arrested on a tentative charge of fifth-offense operating while intoxicated.
