Driver almost hits curb, faces 4th OWI, police say
JANESVILLE, Wis. — A Janesville man faces his fourth drunken driving charge after weaving down a road and nearly striking a curb, according to a release from the Janesville Police Department.
Joseph K. Dremsa, 45, was stopped around 2:10 a.m. Wednesday after an officer saw him driving erratically, police said.
Dremsa failed field sobriety tests and was arrested on a tentative charge of fourth-offense operating while intoxicated. He was also cited for having a suspended license.
