DOT: Interstate ramp to Highway 26 to close for 10 days
The interstate ramp to Highway 26 in Janesville will be closed for 10 days starting Wednesday, according to a release.
The Interstate 39/90 northbound ramp to Highway 26 will be closed at 9 p.m. on June 15, officials said. The ramp is expected to reopen on June 25.
Motorists going to Highway 26 will need to use the Highway 14 interchange or go 8 miles to the next exit in Edgerton and Newville, according to the release.
The other ramps at the Highway 26 and Highway 14 interchanges will be open, officials said.
The Highway 26 ramp to the northbound interstate reopened to traffic Tuesday night, according to the release. Traffic signals are not activated at the intersection.
