Donna’s strawberry yogurt soup
Serve this for a refreshing summer dessert or even enjoy it for a breakfast treat.
4 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
2 cups fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup Splenda or additional sugar 1/2 cup orange juice dash ground cardamom
In a food processor, combine all ingredients. Process just until strawberries are finely chopped. Serve in parfait glasses and garnish with a fresh strawberry.
