Donna’s cranberry orange relish

I remember this one from my childhood. My mother used a grinder that attached to the counter. Do you remember those? Now I use a food processor.

1 medium orange
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup Splenda or additional sugar
2 cups fresh cranberries
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Cut unpeeled orange into chunks. Remove seeds and place orange pieces in a small food processor. Process until coarsely chopped. Add sugar, Splenda, and cranberries. Process until cranberries are chopped to desired consistency.

Store in covered container in the refrigerator.

When ready to serve, add walnuts.
