Donna’s cookie dough from Greek yogurt
This tastes amazing like cookie dough. Adding peanut butter to Greek yogurt makes it a high protein treat. (23 grams of protein – equivalent to 3 eggs.) Try it for a quick breakfast for your kids. They will love it.
3/4 cup fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon peanut butter 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips dash vanilla, optional
In a small bowl, combine yogurt, peanut butter and chocolate chips. Stir until well mixes. Add vanilla if desired.
