DHS launches new COVID-19 vaccine data page

MADISON, Wis. — The Wisconsin Department of Health Services launched a new COVID-19 vaccine data page on Tuesday morning.
The page displays data such as summary metrics for allocation, shipment, and total vaccine administered, as well as a graph that displays the number of vaccines administered each day.
“We are committed to providing the public with timely COVID-19 vaccine information,” DHS Secretary-designee Andrea Palm said. “Even though we’re in the early stages of the Wisconsin COVID-19 Vaccine Program, it is important for Wisconsinites to know where we stand and highlight the unprecedented work being done by COVID-19 vaccinators across the state.”
The vaccine data comes from the Wisconsin Immunization Registry, an online system that tracks immunizations given to Wisconsinites in health care settings. DHS will update data and visualizations at 2 p.m. each day.
