Deputies: Driver injured in OWI rollover crash
Car rolled, landed in median, deputies say
TOWN OF KENDALL, Wis. — An Iowa man was injured in a rollover crash and cited on suspicion of operating while intoxicated, according to the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies were called to U.S. Highway 151 in the town of Kendall at 9:49 p.m. Sunday for a report of a single-vehicle crash.
Investigators said Marvin A. Johnson, 56, of Anamosa, Iowa, was driving south on Highway 151 when he lost control of his car which rolled over and came to rest in the median. He was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Johnson was also cited for operating after revocation and failure to have control.
The Mineral Point Fire Department, Mineral Point Ambulance, and the Iowa County Sheriff’s Department assisted at the scene.
