Deerfield man arrested on 5th OWI
MARIETTA TOWNSHIP, Wis. — A Deerfield man was arrested Saturday evening and charged with his fifth OWI after being pulled over for speeding in Crawford County, State Patrol officials said.
In a news release, officials said Chad E. Wayne, 37, was pulled over for driving 69 mph in a 55 mph zone. Wayne then admitted to drinking alcohol, police said.
Wayne was arrested after a field sobriety test and faces a felony OWI charge, the release said.
