Deanna F. Hahn, age 38, of Livingston, passed away unexpectedly at Southwest Health Center in Platteville on Wednesday, May 28, 2014.
Deanna was born on July 20, 1975 in Fort Worth, TX to Donald and Marcia (Thomas) Hildreth. She moved to Linden in 1977 and was a 1994 graduate of the Iowa-Grant High School. Following graduation from S.W.T.C. she worked at the Hodan Center for 10 years. Deanna married Chad Hahn of Cuba City on September 5, 1998. They devoted their hearts to raising foster children, having helped more than 30 children over the years. Deanna also enjoyed her in-home Day Care business. She treated each and every one of her foster children and Day Care kids as if they were her own.
She was preceded in death by her mother and her grandparents.
Deanna is survived by her husband, Chad of Livingston; three children, Marissa Marcia, Blade Robert and Noah Russell, all at home; her father, Donald (Carol) Hildreth of Roanoke, TX; two sisters, Tina (Scott) Trost of Livingston and Dawn (Dan) Christianson of Waukesha; a half-brother, D.J. (Sandy) Hildreth of Harrison, AR; her stepfather, Tom (Frances) Starr of Mineral Point; special friends, Paula Rundell and Jaime Vavricka as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at the Lulloff-Peterson-Houck Funeral Home in Dodgeville. Pastor Greg Marsh will officiate with burial in the Linden Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral on Tuesday from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and again on Wednesday after 10:00 A.M. In lieu of flowers, a Trust Fund for her children has been established at the Livingston State Bank.
