MADISON, Wis. — You don’t need to be a CrossFit athlete to get in on all the fitness fun this week.

There are some free, family-friendly work-outs happening right here in Madison to celebrate the CrossFit Games.

You may remember in years past that Brittingham Boats hosted the Reebok’s Fit Barge right in the middle of Lake Monona. There is no Fit Barge this summer, but there are still plenty of free work-outs on land for you to try.

Reebok is hosting a series of free fitness classes outside at the boat rental led by local instructors like Peter Kraus and world renowned athletes. A sign up page is available online.

All these events are free, courtesy of Reebok. They run from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. through Sunday.

You can also get out on the water this week for free. Reebok is hosting free 2-hour paddleboard and kayak rentals at Madison Boats’ Brittingham Park location through Sunday.

The offer is only available for the first 50 people each day to use a special promo code (ReebokWednesday, valid for Wed 7/28; ReebokThursday, valid for Thurs 7/29; ReebokFriday, valid for Fri 7/30; ReebokSaturday, valid for Sat 7/31; ReebokSunday, valid for sun 8/1).

If you’re more into free food than free workouts, Rebook is teaming up with Greenbush Bakery on Regent Street to offer free donuts for the first 100 customers who show up wearing Reebok apparel.
