I-94 near Johnson Creek reopens following multi-vehicle crash with fatalities

JOHNSON CREEK, Wis.–All lanes of I-94 at Wisconsin 26 near Johnson Creek are back open after they were shut down Wednesday morning following a multi-vehicle crash with multiple fatalities.
The roadway was first closed around 4 a.m. It reopened around 10:45 a.m., according to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office.
Jefferson County authorities said “multiple people” were killed in the crash after a vehicle pulling a cargo trailer crashed into a guardrail, causing two other vehicles to crash.
