Constance Margaret Carter

Madison – Constance Margaret Carter (Lutz), age 78, of Madison and formerly of Muskego, died peacefully on October 30, 2017 at Agrace Hospice in Fitchburg, Wisconsin.

Connie was born in St. Paul, Minnesota on March 28, 1939, to John (Jack) and Marcella (Murphy) Lutz. The family moved back to Wisconsin to work on the family farm in Oconto Falls.
