Clement named Big Ten Player of the Week

Wisconsin Badger sophomore running back Corey Clement was named the Big Ten Offensive Player of the Week Monday.

Clement returned to his home state of New Jersey Saturday and rushed for 131 yards and 2 touchdowns on just 14 carries in Wisconsin’s 37-0 win at Rutgers.

Clement had touchdown runs of 43 and 36 yards and is currently eighth in the Big Ten averaging 101.8 yards per conference game.

Clement is a native of Glassboro, New Jersey.
