Clarence Dean “Tige” Henry, age 78 of Lake Delton, Wisconsin died January 1, 2014 at University Hospital in Augusta, Georgia with his children at his side.

Graveside memorial funeral services will be held at the Spring Green Cemetery in Spring Green, Wisconsin at 10 a.m., Saturday, June 28, 2014.

Tige was born on the 9th of May 1935, in Ironton Wisconsin. He was the middle of six children. He worked as a lineman for Wisconsin Dells Power and Light and then at Badger Ordnance during the Vietnam Conflict. He also was the proprietor of his own tavern in Elroy Wisconsin, Tige’s Tap.

Tige is survived by his children, Greg (Pam) Henry, Grovetown, Georgia, Dinah (Lee) Stewart, Ewa Beach, Hawaii and Brenda (Rick) Urban, Fort Mill, South Carolina and six grandchildren; Teresa May, Matthew Henry, Anthony Henry, Garrett Urban, Grant Urban, and Audrey Urban and three great-grandchildren, Micah, Jamian, and Cohen. He is further survived by his sister, Jean; brothers, Jerry and Ollie as well as, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife, Georgia, and his brothers, John and Curt.
