Chiefs win Super Bowl LIV
MIAMI, Fla. — The Kansas City Chiefs are Super Bowl champions.
The Chiefs had a big comeback toward the end to top the San Francisco 49ers, 31-20, in Super Bowl LIV at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami.
The Chiefs’ offense, led Patrick Mahomes, entered the final quarter down 20-10, but put together three scoring drives late, capped by a three-yard touchdown with under three minutes to go and a last-minute rushing score.
Chiefs head coach Andy Reid is now 1-1 all time in Super Bowls. It’s the Chiefs’ second championship, coming 50 years after their first.
Green Bay lost to San Francisco two weeks ago in the NFC Championship Game.
