Chester Thomas Gdaniec
Chester Thomas Gdaniec, 71, of Palmyra moved to Heaven on Thursday, November 16, 2017.
Chester was born on May 9, 1946 in Milwaukee, son of the late Frank and Helen Gdaniec. He married Lisa Klopcic on September 3, 1995. He served our country in the United States Navy and was a Vietnam Veteran. He graduated from Milwaukee Technical College of Wisconsin.
Chester worked for the City of Whitewater, setting up and managing the chemistry lab at their wastewater treatment plant.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa, his son Justin and daughter Karly, three brothers Frank (Shirley), David (Rich Butler), Joe, and sister Penny (Tom) Cannistra, niece Ginenne Gdaniec, and loving mother-in-law Betty Klopcic.
Because of Chester’s faith and trust in the Lord Jesus Christ, we have the assurance that he is at peace in Heaven. He deeply loved his family and will be greatly missed. Chester loved God’s creation and had a great appreciation for nature. He had a fun, quirky sense of humor and his unique personality made him loved by all. He had a real servant’s heart and went out of his way to make everyone feel special. Chester loved getting involved with his children and their friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 21st at 1:00 p.m. at Faith Community Church in Fort Atkinson with a celebration of life at 2:00 p.m.

Dunlap Memorial Home in Fort Atkinson is assisting the family.
