Cento is hosting a Culinary Clash on Monday, during which some of the city's top chefs will compete Iron Chef-style.

Watch top Madison restaurants go head-to-head at Cento Culinary Clash, benefiting REAP Food Group. Two big-name chefs—Francesco Mangano of and Dan Bonanno from —will deck it out Iron Chef-style in round one. Later on, the audience is invited to cast their votes for the newest addition to Cento’s wine list, and will go up against in a cocktail face-off. $50, 6–8 p.m., centomadison.com
