Cedar Creek Settlement’s “Home for the Holidays” to kick off after Thanksgiving

CEDARBURG, Wis. — The second event of the Shops of Cedar Creek Settlement’s 26th annual Festive Friday Eves will begin on Friday, Nov. 27.

The event, “Home for the Holidays,” will offer people a chance to support small businesses during the pandemic while enjoying Christmas decor.  Cedar Creek Settlement will be decorated with holiday greenery, thousands of white lights and luminaries.

Mel’s Charities will offer brats, burgers and cold beers in the courtyard each Friday evening. All of the proceeds raised will go towards supporting Cedarburg causes, including human services, special needs and memorial scholarships.

The featured shops this week are The Olive Sprig, Cedar Creek Trading Post, Tlc Casuals, Alpine Gift Haus and Cedar Creek Winery.

Each week, the first 100 adults (one per family) will be given a free Settlement logo tote bag as a special thank you gift from the Settlement merchants.  A gift basket, filled with items and gift certificates from the ships, will also be awarded to someone.

The event will run from 5-8 p.m. Masks and social distancing will be required for all customers.
