COLLEGE THREATNevada man accused of threatening Wisconsin studentMADISON, Wis. (AP) ��� A federal grand jury has accused a Las Vegas man of threatening to kill a student at Madison's Edgewood College.Prosecutors charged 42-year-old Stephen Hemmes on Nov. 10 with using interstate commerce to threaten the student. A grand jury indicted him on that count Wednesday.
