Bucks hold on, defeat Knicks, 117-113
Milwaukee now over .500 mark
MILWAUKEE — Seven players scored in double figures as the Milwaukee Bucks defeated the New York Knicks 117-113 at BMO Harris Bradley Center in Milwaukee Tuesday night.
Ersan Ilyasova led the Bucks with 20 points, shooting 8 of 10 from the field.
Zaza Pachulia and Brandon Knight scored 14 each, Khris Middleton and Giannis Antetokounmpo had 13 each, Jabari Parker 12 and O.J. Mayo 11 to lead a balanced attack for Milwaukee.
The Bucks shot 55 percent from the field (43-78) and 80 percent from the free throw line (20-25).
The Knicks trailed by 15 after three quarters and put on a furious rally to close within two at 113-111 with 12 seconds left, but Jerryd Bayless hit two free throws to lock up the win.
Carmelo Anthony had 24 points to lead the Knicks.
The Bucks are now 6-5 on the season and 4-1 at the Bradley Center.
