Brian G. Hinz
DEFOREST-Brian G. Hinz, age 52, of DeForest, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 23, 2012, at UW Hospital in Madison, following life threatening injuries. He was born on May 2, 1960, the son of August and Shirley Hinz. He attended East High School. Brian was united in marriage to Rena Harrison on Nov. 10, 1978. He worked alongside his father at Adorn Improvers for over 30 years. Brian enjoyed deer hunting, being outdoors and loved country music, especially Shania Twain. His greatest moments were with his grandchildren.
Brian is survived by his wife, Rena; daughters, Tina (Kim Pavlat) Spahn and her children, Nathan and Jordan, Jennifer Hinz and her children,Callie, Alexa and Braylee; son, Jason (Emily) Hinz and their children, Ella, Cadience and Myles; his parents; brothers, Daniel (Chris) Hinz, Kevin (Stacy) Hinz, David (Sherry Harrison) Hinz; and sister, Sheila Hinz-Statz (Bob Statz); and godchild, Tyler Statz; and nieces and nephew, Terra, Landon, Mikayla, Justin, Shelby and Mackenzie. He was preceded in death by his brother, Paul; and nephew, Dominic.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at ST. OLAF’S CATHOLIC CHURCH, 623 Jefferson Street, DeForest, at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 26, 2012. Visitation will be held at the church from 1 p.m. until the time of Mass on Sunday.
