Brewers begin selling tickets for May home games
MILWAUKEE — The Milwaukee Brewers are opening up ticket sales for their next month of home games Friday morning.
Starting at 10 a.m., fans are able to buy tickets for the team’s home games scheduled through May 27th. That includes a homestand from May 11-16 against the division rival St. Louis Cardinals and playoff contender Atlanta Braves, as well as a four-game series May 24-27 against the San Diego Padres, who the Brewers just swept in three games in San Diego earlier this week.
Tickets are available at brewers.com and the American Family Field box office.
The team previously only made tickets through May 2nd available as they work through COVID safety precautions and limited seating capacity at American Family Field. Attendance at Brewers games is currently capped at 25% capacity, with seating pods of 2, 4 and 6 people available for people to buy and a number of COVID precautions required for anyone going to a game.
Earlier this month, the Brewers allowed fans to tailgate before games after not allowing the activity for their first homestand of the year. Fans are still only allowed to tailgate with people who are in their seating pod next to their own vehicle.
The team hopes to steadily increase attendance through the summer as more people get vaccinated and COVID precautions are loosened in Milwaukee.
