Brewers avoid the sweep, beat Reds 8-4

Zach Greinke won his ninth game of the season as the Brewers stop their four game losing streak beating the Cincinnati Reds 8-4 Wednesday afternoon. 

Greinke allowed two runs in six innings of work and moved his career record against the Reds to 4-0. 

The Brewers offense came alive with 11 hits. Rickie Weeks and Cody Ransom both hit two run home runs. It was Weeks first homer since May 26th. 

The Brewers now trail the first place Reds by 7 1/2 games in the National League Central.
