Bonnie Ann Rayho
MADISON–Bonnie Ann Rayho, age 66, of Madison, passed away on Monday, Nov. 24, 2014.
She was born on April 21, 1948, in Madison, the daughter of Earl and Donna (Elder) Dahl. She married John Rayho (deceased) in September of 1967, in Madison. Bonnie graduated from La Follette High School and MATC. She was a lifelong supporter of animal rescue, having offered her home to many kitties with challenges. Bonnie was an avid reader and made drawing; sewing and needle work look so easy. She was the consummate hockey and drum corps mom. Bonnie was a true hands on mom who selflessly supported her four daughters in everything. She was also a loving sister.
Bonnie is survived by her beloved kitty, Bella; daughters, Kara (Hossam) Shalaby, Dawn Rayho, Elizabeth (John) Thalgott and Donna Rayho; siblings, Richard (Judy) Dahl, Mary (Jill) Dahl, George (Yolanda) Dahl and Chris (Jeff) Showers; grandchildren, Alexandra, Amir, Basem and Yousef; and many nieces, nephews and a wide extended family. She was preceded in death by her parents.
A memorial service will be held at NEW LIFE CHURCH, 7654 Cottage Grove Rd., Madison, at 1 p.m., on Saturday, Nov. 29, 2014, with Pastor Rob Carlson presiding.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Dane County Humane Society or Angel’s Wish Feline Rescue.
