MADISON- Beverly “Bev” Jane Hall, age 78, of Madison, passed away Friday, August 24, 2012, from injuries sustained in an accident. She died doing what she loved most on her way camping. Bev was born on Sept. 26, 1933, the daughter of Joseph and Elenore (Byrne) Schlimgen. She graduated from East High School. Bev married Albert L. Hall on Nov. 26, 1955. She worked for over 26 years at Chase Bank in Madison. Bev has been an active member of the Madison Women’s Bowling Association for 45 years. She served as floor supervisor for the WI State Tournament, held earlier this year. Bev has also served as the Treasurer for the Fireballs at Dream Lanes and the Villager at Village Lanes. For most of her career, she has bowled with her sisters or other family members and was currently with her three sisters, Rita, Lucy and Irene in the Vegas League at Dream Lanes. Bev was very enthusiastic about bowling and being with her family and friends.

She is survived by her seven children, Sharon (Mike) MacDonald of Madison, Brian Hall of Madison, Alan (Cindy) Hall of Madison, Sue Hansen of Madison, Marilyn (Ron) Ary of Sun Prairie, Carolyn (John) Adametz of Highland and Jacquelyn Johnson of Madison; eight grandchildren, Susan Luetzow, James Hansen, Jennifer (Jim Hoffmaster) Ary, Troy Ary, Stacy (Tim) Netzloff, Joseph Johnson, Anne Elert and Caitlyn Hall; great-grandchild, Taylor Luetzow; step-grandchildren, Seth, Kasey, Kate, Ann, Jen and Liz Adametz; step-great-grandchildren, Nathan, Kameron, Ava, Madison, Lauren, Josie, John, Ruby and Dan; five sisters, Jeannette (Jim) Olberding of Memphis, Tenn., Rita (Ron) Shaw of Dade City, Fla., Lucy (Rodney) Crook of Portage and Irene (Jeff) Millar of New Lisbon; and one brother, Philip (Dawn) Schlimgen of Wisconsin Rapids. Bev was preceded in death by her husband, Albert; parents; and sister, Evelyn McKee.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at ST. DENNIS CATHOLIC CHURCH, 505 Dempsey Road, Madison, at 11 a.m., on Wednesday, August 29, 2012, with Father Kent Schmitt presiding. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be held at the church from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Tuesday, August 28, 2012 and also from 10 a.m. until the time of service on Wednesday.

She was the most beautiful mother, full of life and will be dearly missed by anyone who knew her.
