Beloit woman who forced children in sex acts with men sentenced
A Beloit woman was sentenced to 30 years in prison and 15 years of extended supervision for forcing three children into sex acts with multiple men at her Beloit home.
The Rock County District Attorney’s Office said 42-year-old Tonay M. Smith was sentenced in Rock County court Monday after she pleaded guilty to three counts of sexual exploitation of a child for incidents that took place over five months.
A 16-year-old girl, 10-year-old girl and 12-year-old boy were forced to view and participate in sexual acts with men from Nov. 3, 2014, through April 5, 2014, according to the district attorney.
Smith faced a possible 120 years for the three felonies. Several other charges were dropped including two counts of failure to protect a child, two counts of causing a child under 13 to view or listen to sexual activity, one count of causing a child 13 or older to view or listen to sexual activity, and three counts of child enticement. Those charges were read in for consideration at sentencing.
