Badgers Try To Regroup For Purdue

The University of Wisconsin Badgers mens’ basketball team is 1-3 in the Big Ten, and the next game is Thursday night at Purdue, where the Badgers have rarely won in the past.

So, what does Bo Ryan and company do about it? There’s nothing you can do about the past, including Sunday’s 59-41 loss at Michigan. But you can do everything about what’s next.

However, Bo Ryan repeats his mantra from last week, where he said violence is out of the question.

“As a coach and a coaching staff, we present situations that simulate games, and felt pretty good about what we had going,” said Ryan. “I would be concerned if guys weren’t playing hard. What did the guy do in the movie — bite the head of a chicken off — those things aren’t done.”

Wisconsin plays Purdue at 6 p.m. Thursday.
