Wisconsin falls behind early against Iowa
IOWA CITY, Iowa — The Badgers taking steps back in Iowa City as Wisconsin lost to Iowa, 85-67 on Tuesday night.
Wisconsin falls to 10-11 on the season and 3-5 in the Big Ten.
The Badgers fell behind early, outscored 9-0 by the Hawkeyes. Turnovers proved to be a problem again, with Wisconsin committing a total of 10.
Ethan Happ scored 21 points and posted 10 rebounds, but fouled out in the second half.
Khalil Iverson played a big role again, contributing 17 points and 7 rebounds.
The Badgers getting support off of the bench from Charlie Thomas with 10 points. But Aleem Ford was the only other bench scorer on the team.
Wisconsin heads to Michigan State next to face the No. 6 Spartans on Friday at 7pm.
