Badgers break out of slump, beat Illinois, 75-50

Brad Davison scored 18 points to lead a balanced attack as Wisconsin defeated Illinois 75-50 in a Big Ten men’s basketball game at the Kohl Center Friday night.

The Badgers have defeated the Illini 12 straight times.

Brevin Prizl broke out of a shooting slump with 16 points and Ethan Happ added 16 points, 10 rebounds and five assists.

Khalil Iverson had 13 points.

Leron Black led Illinois (10-10 overall, 0-7 Big Ten) with 16 points.

Wisconsin (10-10 overall, 3-4 Big Ten) travels to Iowa to face the Hawkeyes at 6 pm CT Tuesday night.
